Les prix sont très chers, pratiquement 30$ pour 2 chemises et 2 pantalons. En plus la dame (asiatique) voulait m'augmenter lorsque je suis venue chercher mes vêtements, me disant que l'autre personne qui a pris ma commande n'a pas donné le bon prix. J'ai refusé, lui prétextant que peut-être que ma décision aurait changée si j'avais su le bon prix dès le départ. Elle s'est frustré après moi me disant que je ne comprenais rien, et que j'étais aussi bien d'aller ailleurs. C'était la première et la dernière fois que j'allais à cet endroit!!

I brought my 3 duvets covers to be cleaned at this place, on April 2013. I've had the duvets for 10 years and had them cleaned once a year at another location, in the neighbourhood where I used to live.
In August 2013 I brought in my neighbour's bed cover. When she opened the bad she realized that the cover was full of humidity stains and the filling of the cover had moved to the corners. When she told me about this I checked my duvets and I soon as I opened the bags this awful humidity smell came out. They were all stained and smelled really bad.
My neighbour and I brought in the duvets and the bed cover and the lady was not apologetic at all. She blamed us for not checking the bags when we picked them up. Even when I told her that I had the duvets for years and that this has never happened to me before she just kept saying "you should have checked the bags when you came to pick them up". I asked to be reimbursed for the work because I wanted to take the duvets somewhere else, but she refused. She only offered to do the job again to which my neighbour accepted, but regretted dearly because the next time they washed her bed cover the colours were faded and the material felt very dry.
This place takes cash only. Does not give receipts (at least not to us, the didn't) and are not good at all when it comes to customer service.
I spent over $200 (I also had winter coats done there at the same time as the duvets) and I fell I've been ripped-off completely.
