I used them for my carpets for the past several years and never a complaint. They give you a Morning or Afternoon window and call you 30 minutes before arriving to your place. They are also pretty reasonable for a spring type of cleanup.

Had them clean my entire home after Renovations from heating ducts to windows carpets even inside of my fridge spotless

I've used Scentral's services on a few occasions and each time they have shown professionalism and quality of workmanship. I actually had Scentral come out and do my windows AFTER I paid a so called professional window cleaner and Scentral did it right, I should have called them the first time.
Don't waste your money on the others call SCENTRAL today for all your cleaning needs.

I've used Scentral a few times now and they've done a great job every single time. They've provided a variety of services for me including carpet and window cleaning and I've been satisfied every single time. They come whenever they say they will and even give advance notice!

Technician changed price upon arrival. They charge by the pane of window. So a bedroom window with 2 panes is counted as 2 windows. They do not say this over phone. Charged extra $40. Still did not do all windows in original quote. Scratched freshly painted walls beneath 3 windows. I would not call them again. They are not upfront about pricing. Basically you are paying a cleaner $100 per hr.

I used Scentral cleaning for my carpets today. The technician Steven did very nice job. He was helpful and polite and offered other services that I might take in the future such as window cleaning. They aren't the typical high pressure carpet cleaners who force you to take products that you really don't need. Good job Scentral

"I had my area rugs cleaned by this company. They were good but one thing is that the person who picks up the rugs was running late but didn't call to warn me. That's my only beef. The company sent me a 20$ voucher for the inconvenience which was great. A little hiccup but they were quick to rectify it. Thanks to Marc at Scentral.

I've been using scentral every year to have my windows and carpets cleaned. I live in a very old home and have the old style windows. These guys know what they're doing. They are team of professionals compared to others Ive tried. I stick with this company now - They do it right.

For my monnaie – I’d be happy to have them back. Very courteous, careful with my precious things. They were amused at my dog who hates the sound of cleaning! But because of her, these people will probably be back in a while!

Don't use their window cleaning services - at best minimal effort - no pride in work - didn't even bother to clean the sills of the windows they did do - only the exteriors are done - at $160 - even tho luckily I was using a coupon - still had to pay $24 tax - but this would have been shockingly bad work for $160 plus tax - stay away!

I booked 2 cleaning services with this company :
1- For cleaning my wall to wall carpets and area rugs : what a great job ! The technician was very professional and polite, he showed me all the green products he was using, he was putting all his energy to remove stains.
2- For cleaning my sofas : I don't have to buy new uphlostery now ! he added the scotch gard for a small extra, and gave me a free deodorizer.
They are very courteous on the phone especially the owner Derrick and his manager Marc. Great customer service, they even called me back to ask me how I was satisfied with the cleaning, merci Scentral !! Je suis impressioné !

Very happy with the work. Norm, the duct cleaner was very professional and courteous.
The Carpet cleaner Tarik was very friendly, offered me extra products if I wished but was never pressuring me to take them.
I never knew they do windows too...next spring!

Yuck! Needed water removal and flood cleanup - NO WAY I could have handled this myself, so now my walk-down is dry - all my stuff saved! Whew!

They are rude, unprofessional and rescheduled 3 times. They try to charge for things that they shouldn't be charging for. If you want to get ripped off, scentral cleaning is the place!

I had a move-out cleaning. It was so well done that during my move out inspection, the owners hardly looked at anything. The oven, mudroom and stove were spotless.

I was quoted very high prices for their services (about 5x the cost of my weekly cleaning lady). When I called to make the appointment, the quote had increased by another $60!! I argued with the man, as I had the exact quote given to me in front of me, but he refused to honour it. I felt powerless and ended up having to cancel the entire thing. This is problematic because I had purchased 4 coupons from them for $29 each, valid for $100 of services each. Now I'm stuck with coupons which to use would cost more than having someone else (more honest) come in and do the work.

do not clean by them.. tell you 1 price over the phone.. come in rip you off 2-3 times the price they quoted...technicians do not even put guard after they sell it to you
