Our Dry Cleaners

I brought my designer coat to be cleaned. They lost the belt, offered me a navy coloured belt as a replacement, my coat is black, also it wasn't the correct length.
Spoke with Kim at customer service who owns the stores, was told they would make me a knock off belt for my designer coat. I didn't agree to this option. I wanted the designer belt or a new coat altogether since the colours of the belt and coat could never be a correct match. She wouldn't agree to my resolution.
I have had to bring this matter to court.
Received Cottys defence to my claims and not one word written was not a total fabrication of the truth. They claimed they offered me a new guess belt, that they would order me a new one and they even said they found my belt but I didn't want it?! I'm in total shock that a company would mislead the courts and blatantly lie.
I have never in my life experienced a company to protect something so petty as a belt, oppose to correcting this situation responsibly and making the customer happy.
Not only have I had to pay for the cleaning of my coat that was returned without the belt, but I have had to buy a new dress coat since that dress coat can't be worn without a belt, and now court costs.

I brought them a bunch of dress shirts for cleaning. When I got them back, two had leaked colour from their pinstripes. I got the runaround explanation that the shirt is defective even though I had those shirts dry cleaned before without any problems. Most of the remaining shirts were still dirty and weren't even ironed properly. This place is a sham. Do not go there.

Went to pick up my dry cleaning (25 pieces) and the bill was $198.30!!! In Toronto 50% less. The clerk said these were "competitive rates in Barrie" so I checked Cotty their competitor and found them to be 20 - 25% less. I got ripped off and hope you don't.
