They were diligent in their review of initial documents from builder and advising us of things we needed to keep in mind at the start of the process, helping us with all the documentation, following up with us to ensure that we had things ready in time. Quick turn around when changes were required..

I'm having the worst experience with Perera law! I wanted to get my builder agreement reviewed before I signed. I had to spend multiple days calling and asking if my agreement had been reviewed as I had a deadline to sign. When I finally got emailed my notes about the agreement it was 9pm at night, so there was no time to call and get clarification for anything. As a new home buyer there was a lot of legal gargon used that I would have liked clarification on. The notes provided just listed back the contract, no further explanation. No feedback about the agreement on whether it was solid or had a lot of loopholes that would cause trouble later. It was very unhelpful and left me feeling like I wasted my money.

I would recommend Thalini & Rick any time. They were very professional and efficient during a very stressful time in selling our home. They were on top of everything and very pleasant. It was an excellent experience.
