I never complain about anything, but after using Carriage Trade I will never use them again!! After spending $250 to have my wedding dress and veil cleaned professionally, they called after a month to say it was in. I went in, and asked if I could take it out of the first box to look in the window of the 2nd box to make sure the dress looked good and the veil was inside. The lady looked at me like I had 3 eyeballs! I opened it anyway and the veil I payed $250 for was not inside!! The lady assured me it was not "Lost" Just misplaced. She called a day later to say they had "found it" and it will be put in the box and they will call me. After waiting another 3 weeks I went in to see if it was in , nobody had called me. The lady at the front desk said it was sitting there the next day. Nobody ever called me to say it was in. I had a destination wedding , and had a reception back home, which I was suppposed to have the dress for. I went to speak with the manager at the oshawa location because I was told that was the only location that could do anything, compensation wise. The manager was nothing but rude, kept saying "what do you want me to do about it", kept making rude comments, and I got the feeling she was trying to bully me right out of the store. I am EXTREMELY dissapointed, and will never use them again.
