Koolex Kleaners

We have a pile of coupon books. The last owner sold them in the neighbourhood. Each year I would tell him that we rarely dryclean. He was a great salesman telling me that the business had been there for over 30 years and that the coupons never expired- clearly marked on the book. Now they won't honour them claiming that it is under new ownership. They bought the business and kept the name. They could have changed the name if they wanted us to stop using coupons. Not impressed
