Kerrisdale Cleaners

Got home and took the plastic off my drycleaned jacket to find one of the cuff belts missing. Spent a month trying to sort out with them. They claimed there was no way possible that they could have lost it. They admitted removing the cuffs to dryclean them but say they have a system for putting them back and that they never fail. Said (more like yelled ) that they were 150% right and I was wrong.
I have no reason to remove the belts and they are securely fastened with buttons. So, who is more likely to have lost it? They stubbornly say me!! Now I am out a $100 jacket.

These clowns don't know a thing about customer service. I took my jacket there to dry clean, and it came back with stains on it, which I showed them and they denied. They did not apologize, and do not seem to care about our business. Maybe its because they are so big and are turning into Walmart... unfortunately their prices are higher than everyone else.

I have been going to Kerridale Dry Cleaners for about a year and a half and have had mixed results. Has been reliable in past. However, recently have had issues with stitching being broken, buttons missing/broken, holes in fabric. When I confronted the staff about it, they did were not apologetic and actually charged me for replacing the buttons without telling me they had done so. It was only out of coincidence that I happen to ask for an itemized receipt and noticed they charged me for the repair.
