Glenmore Cleaners

I went to this dry cleaners since it is in my neighbourhood. The first time I went, I dropped off a tie that had a stain. When I came back to pick up, the stain was still there. They wanted to charge me AGAIN to send it back. After I refused to pay twice, they budged and sent it away for a second cleaning. It came back clean the second time.

The second time visiting this cleaner I dropped off a blouse for my spouse that had sweat stains under the armpit. It is white and happens all the time (obviously). Every dry cleaner we have taken this to have been able to get her sweat stains out with no problems. This particular clears was no able to. They claimed they tried but can't do anything about it. They did not offer to send it back again or a refund. The employee admittedly said that their main person is on holiday and that's why it wasn't cleaned. Despite that, still no refund or second cleaning.

I will now try another dry cleaner further away from my home to avoid this for a 3rd time.

I took in my drycleaning and found that they also sell water, and little nick nacks. Barb was great to deal with and the service was great and fast.

I am a regular there now and also get my water there as well.
