Clerk was misinformed- overcharged me considerably- complained to owner who took great offense of the fact I was upset with a bill that was $20xx higher than it should be. Told me I needed to tell them shirts were to be laundered and not drycleaned next time. Told her there would not be a next time and she needed to learn two things- Victoria is a big small town where word spreads fast and when you rip people off they get angry and you need to make it right or won't last long in business
