Wolf Willow Cleaners

Such a great experience holy!!! They things they know about clothing and textiles, silks and fabrics and woven materials and everything it is just jaw dropping!! I have only been coming here for a couple weeks and I think this will be the only place for me now. I never leave reviews but after my experience today I just had to help this local business out they are truly magicians at their craft. :)

I took one of my nice dresses there for dry cleaning. It had a food stain at the back/shoulder area from my child wiping there mouth there. The dress came back looking worse than when I had brought it there. Not only that the stain was still there, there were new yellow-ish marks in a front that had not been there before. The lady was rude and argued that they cleaned the dress and that there is never a guarantee that the stains will come out. When I questioned her about yellow-ish marks she said that they were there before and that sometimes cleaning can make stains more visible. I asked for a refund but she said that she couldn't process a credit card refund. Bad quality service and very poor customer service. Stay away!

I used to live in the west end and took everything from my husband's dress shirts to Armani suits there and they always did a fantastic job. Since then we moved downtown and I have tried two other cleaners only because they were closer. We even tried Todd's pickup and delivery service only to be disappointed. Now I make a special trip to the west end once a week because my husband doesn't trust anyone else with his suits. I highly recommend this cleaner to anyone with expensive designer clothes because they obviously have the experience.

I've been using this cleaner since the 90's with little trouble until they ruined a cashmere scarf that my father had given me years ago. The so-called 'owner' refused to discuss the matter, telling me that the scarf had come in that way and he could not possibly have caused the damage. This is the last they'll see of our business and I'll be telling anyone I know about it. Shame on you for your behaviour and lack of integrity.

Used this place couple of times. Thought they were pretty good.
Picked up my jacket on Saturday and noticed it had some white stains all over my jacket. The receptionist said they won't reimburse me but asked to call the owner on Monday. Trying to call the owner and no answer. I wonder if they will reimburse me for ruining my jacket?

This place came very highly recommended by a friend, so I had them clean my wedding dress when at the last minute the seamstress couldn't do it. I thought they did a great job and very fast service.

I haven't used them yet for my everyday drycleaning, but my friend says they are fantastic and she trusts them with even the most precious items, so I figure that's a pretty great recommendation.

Plus, they do have environmentally friendly cleaning methods, which they say do a better job than traditional dry cleaning.

I first tried this cleaner when I read about them in the Edmonton Journal. They were the first in Edmonton to do environment friendly cleaning and I support any business that takes care of the environment.

I have never smelt any chemicals in my clothes and they use the same detergent as hospitals for my shirts. So no fragrances, allergies or starches. This is why I go there! Just look at all the awards they have...and you don't need to look any further.

I was using this dry cleaner for about a year with no issues but when I brought in a shirt and it came out looking worse for wear, they took no accountability and refused to accept any responsibility. I had spent a lot of money at this particular dry cleaner so I would have thought that in the interest of keeping a client they would have been prepared to "make it right" witht he customer, but no such luck. Will NOT be going back.

The speed, quality and customer service have yet to disappoint. While priced a wee bit high (in my opinion), I am willing to pay the extra coin for the environmentally friendly cleaning processes and products they employ.

This dry cleaner is very quick and does a great job. The only concern I have is that it is a little more expensive then other dry cleaners in the area.
