Marda Loop Cleaners

The woman who runs this place is rude, obnoxious, and does not care about customers in any way. She is a smoker who regularly leaves a sign on the door saying: "be back in 5 mins'" when indeed she takes off for 20 min at a time. She returns clothes with the smell of smoke on them and when confronted says she'll re-do them but returns the same without having even removed them from the smoke-infested plastic. I am a non-smoker and work in a non-smoking environment. Also, she has given me the wrong shirts and claimed she could not find the originals and is obnoxious in the extreme about ti. Clearly I no longer give them my business, but I would like to warn others. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They deserve to go bankrupt!!
