I love working with people of all ages and with entire families. I listen closely to my patients so that I can understand their viewpoints and beliefs. There is no greater reward than hearing my patients tell me that I make them feel listened to. I enjoy helping individuals and families develop a plan of healthy lifestyle goals that will serve them now and for their entire lives. Helping parents maneuver the difficulties of raising children in our present society is one of my joys. I believe in minimizing the use of medications whenever possible. Instead, I encourage my patients to practice a healthy lifestyle to control health problems. I help people learn how nutrition, mindfulness, and exercise help them to stay healthy and feel good.
