Our focus on the customer experience is all about product knowledge, in-store and after sales customer service. The moment you walk in, we want you to feel welcome. We answer every one of your questions regardless if you are a novice or an experienced cigar smoker. We will always treat you with respect without aggressive sales pressure and our goal is to help customers, not sell them something they do not need. Since 1996, we have serviced every product we sell including all lighters and humidors that have not been purchased at our store. The store will always stay laid out in a way that makes it easy for you to shop.
