Shefield & Sons Tobacconists

Went to Shefield and Sons the first time last weekend. Was pleasantly surprised with the staff's knowledge but found the service to use extremely high pressure sales tactics which aggravated me; if I don't want something then don't try to sell it to me, because I will not buy it. Only bought the cigars I came in for, but will never, ever go back to due the sales tactics.

When to get a Humidor and some cigars today, the staff were great and informative.

Store is cool but staff is not well trained and poor knowledge. Also overpriced items.

Store is awesome. But staff is not really familiar with the products. They really over charge specially for cigars and humidifiers. They just try to make money. Staff should change.

i walk in to store in chinook, i was amaz by this store i never see the cigar store like this before i smoke once awhile but the staff help me to pick some cuban cigars they ware awesome i loved it,

nice store but other than the fact that i was really desperate to pick up a cigar i probably wouldnt have gone in here but i did. the wrapper and construction (cigar condition) was obviously poorly looked after, and the staff dont smoke. you can tell. i bumped into a buddy of mine last week and he felt like he was being watched the entire time he visited as well. i would rate the experience a 1.5 out of 5. catering to the cigarrette-blunt etc.. market for sure.

Wow, what a store, relaly really rich and elegant store. I have never seen such a store. I have seen similar stores in Vegas. First I thought it was a jewlery store, but when I walked in, I was surprised that it was a tobacconist store. I am not a regular smoker, but the presentation and selection of cigars reminds me of my university days and I bought some cigars. Staff of the store had superior knowledge and excellent customer services skills. I was really pleased with the atmosphere of the store, and that is why I would rate it 5/5.
