to be honest I don't even want to give them half a star for a review. Public Storage not only treat their customers with absolutely no respect but they randomly increase rent and that dollar promotion actually doesn't even come to a dollar because of the $19 administration fee and then they tell you if you don't bring the lock then and now you must purchase one for another 14 dollars and to boot that's only on select lockers usually the smallest ones five by five. then if you say rent the locker in the middle of the month they just decide to prorate it so that you pay on the first of the next month so you really only get two weeks as part of the promotion not a whole month. false advertising. not only that BUT after all said and done the manager comes back after her break And tells me she recognizes me. I have no idea who this woman is I have never seen her in my life and she tells me that I may not rent a locker because I look like somebody in the past who has rented from them and obviously something happened and because I look like this person she canT rent me the locker anymore. it was a good thing because a friend of mine who is renting the locker at the time the other locker of his own ended up occurring charges that he didn't approve against his account late fees that were never appropriate as he was never late and so many more things that I don't want to get into. not only that but the random number of break ins in that building are absolutely despicable as they do not inform their customers when they are going to rent a locker that they have a high high break In rate and that your stuff is at serious risk if you rent with them and that their insurance if you do get it doesn't really cover anything so if you decide you have to rEnt with public storage only store garbage because that's about the only thing that might be safe to store there anything else is at risk of being stolen damaged or just sincerely destroyed fuck you public storage thank you
