Great experience! INNER CITY MOVING & STORAGE arrived promptly and got right to work. They were friendly, accommodating, attentive to our various requests. They worked quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend! Overall we think we made the right choice hiring them for our move - it was over quickly and relatively painlessly and for a great price.

Professional, friendly, and very careful. They moved us out of our house into a new apartment. Great rates, responsive to communications and scheduling. All and all, a great experience and took less the time they estimated. I'm glad I went with INNER CITY MOVING & STORAGE for this move.

On time, excellent care and wrapping of our furniture, worked extremely hard. We live on the 3rd floor and have lots of heavy furniture to haul up several flights of stairs, and they were fast and careful and never stopped!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for safe and fast movers!

DO NOT USE THIS MOVER They were nice until there was a problem and then turned nasty. They were 2 hours late and did not provide services they advertised, e.g. floor runners, free mattress bag, quilted moving blankets. The mattress was partially wrapped and got dirty. Box spring not wrapped at all, got dirty. A television set was dropped and they refuse to provide claim forms or to acknowledge any responsibility for possible damages to the set.
Sorry for the miss understanding. Mover were late but called and explained the position. No elevators time was involved, at the time the customer was OK with it. All our trucks are equip with Moving blankets, straps, dollies and tie downs to ensure a safe move.

We used Innercity moving on a friends recommendation and was glad, these guys are geniuses when it comes to moving and organizing. they went above and beyond the call of duty for us. the process was seamless and precise. they got there on time they were efficient and affordable, i recommend them to every one looking for a mover..

We used this company on a recommendation from friends, we were plesantely surprise with the service, Andre and George were the best, they wrap and move our furniture like it was theres. at end of move nothing was scratch or broken and we pay what was quoted. the best. i recommend this company..
