I can't say anything negative about this company based on my recent experience. In dealing with the location at 681 Warden Av, Scarborough, I was very pleased, in particular, with the:
1. Excellent customer service
2. Manager and Front end employees' 'happy-to help' attitude.
Austin was very patient to explain/repeat. I had several things on my mind, heard what he said but when I needed to execute the task, I forgot a simple point LOL and called him back.
Gina was on-top of the timelines to call me back and did so several times. She was quite understanding with the fact that I was multitasking and very busy at the time.
3. Quick, simple processes
4. Flexible remote check-in/set up - excellent, flexible and progressive!

The manager there Austin Celada, is very professional and a kind and courteaus individual who goes out of his way to ensure the best experience for his customers.

Went online last night and rented a storage unit and went today to access it. Austin was working and took care of me. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he made sure to go everything and made sure I understood the terms and conditions. He then showed me the different accesses to my unit, made sure I was satisfied with my unit and then made sure my code worked before he left me to move my stuff in. Highly recommend this place, facilities were bright, spacious and clean and very reasonable rates.

Had a great experience with Access Storage at 682 Warden Avenue, Scarborough Ontario M1L 3Z5. I never had any issues with this location or with my storage unit. The Store Management were always friendly and accommodating with any questions or anything I needed. I commend the Management staff there and I would highly recommend Access Storage if you need a Storage Unit. The Rates are fair.

Very budget friendly and easily accessible with lots of options for storage in terms of size. The guy behind the system Mr. Austin wil make things a piece if cake for you in terms of policies and payment options and etc I thank him for applying the promotion of new user that gives you first 4 weeks free

So I was thinking that I needed a bigger unit so Austin told me to come by and look at the unit so I did and it was awesome because he got me into a smaller unit I thought I needed a 15by 25 so he was very helpful with the units so he saved me some $$ and he also gave me a lock so what more can you ask for he explained the way things work I left feeling very satisfied I am a happy guy thanks to Austin.

Access storage came in handy for me when I needed storage for my trailer. Great customer service. Great payment methods and very compromising and helpful. 1 thing I didn't like is payment is every 28 days which makes due date fluctuate every month but they notify each month on due date so your aware.
Above all highly recommended 👌 👍

Sometimes you just need a little more space. For myself that place need to be close, accessible, clean and secure. The Access Storage facility on Scarborough excels within my criteria. But my recommendation is based on the team at this facility. I've had a great experience with every member especially Austin Celada ,I interacted with, Great Customer Service, Thank you.

Today I met with Austin Celada and he was the most welcoming and understanding people to have had this experience with. He explained everything really well and was very patient, as I had both my kids under 4 with me who had a lot of energy. He was both professional and friendly with my children and I, making the experience a lot less nerve wracking (for personal reasons). I sincerely thank him for this experience as I have a lot going on and he made it feel safe. Thank you Austin.
