I had a wonderful experience with Dilip for my storage unit. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and made the move very easy. Highly recommended this facility.
Dilip was great in answering all the questions we had. Took the time to show us the different sizes so we could get a better idea of what we may need.
Very practical and easy. Amazing customer service, they are very kind and they go above and beyond in their support. One time they even helped me jumpstart my car. Highly recommended

Do not recommend. They make no effort to communicate with you, and their customer service line can't actually do any payment administration it all has to be done at your local office when the manager is in the office. Worst experience ever.
The manager, Dilip, made the process very easy for me and catered the check-in process to my needs. I really appreciate how easy the entire process was. I called around to all of the storage spots nearby - I found both the best price and service here.
Signed up for a new storage unit today. Dilip took care of all my needs. He was helpful, professional and informative. He explained StorageMart’s policies and payment options. Dilip showed me where my unit was located, how to manage the door and assisted me in checking my passcode for entry. The experience was smooth and and efficient.
