This what wrong with fake reviews automatic put there to make a company look authentic when they are taking advantage of existing customers to aquire unearned money billing me just to give me countless excuses and lies why I still having no access to my unit I paid $790.00 for six days still no access just lies paid $490.00 still no access just lies after lies new rules make up by new greedy management that think if they treat certain people like suckers they will make it big and be rich well you don't get rich ripping off the few faithful costumers because it is our business that put you where you are without faithful costumers you would never be where you are right now broke people always greedy for quick money you owe me HONEST business not bs and LIES

I walked in and had a smooth experience on Dec 22 with the help of the kind gentleman in securing a storage unit. Easy and quick with great explanation on how to navigate the facility. Thank you.

This place is clean the original staff were excellent, BUT now the transparency regarding cameras, security and how often the site is checked by off site Security is extremely unclear.
The question is what do they do for alarms on the Units?

I have had a unit here since 2011. They continuously increase the rent so that it is significantly higher than if someone is renting the unit for the first time, as is advertised. Since I have been a loyal customer, why do I have to pay more than everyone else? I have sent examples of this to them, in the same building or the same company ,as well as storage facilities closer to where I live for much less. There is always zero response. I suppose they realize someone is sort of stuck so will have to pay a premium for the unit after the first year, or have to pay for moving costs. It is a nasty way of making a few extra bucks.

I was thoroughly impressed with cleanliness and security of the place. Jada (sp?) was absolutely incredible at the front desk. Managing high stress situations with ease and offering excellent instructions and service. She deserves a raise. A pleasure to have help us. Will definitely recommend this place after having driven by who knows how many hundreds of times.

I have been with this facility for a very long time. The two people at the front desk (Jairo and Lyon) are caring people. The facility is very clean thanks to Val. This facility would definitely meet your needs. Their rules are fairly strict to keep the facility safe.

Lyon was super attentive and supporting, he took his time to assess our needs to offer us the best alternatives. I recommend 100% this self store service.

The best storage facility in the city. The staff is experienced and very knowledgeable. They helped us with our locker very efficiently. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a storage locker.

Got a storage unit here since prices are reasonable. Lyon set us up quick and overall it was a smooth transition to obtain a storage unit. We booked a unit starting Saturday, paid for it in full the Thursday night. We were told the unit would be left open starting Saturday and will be left open when we get there Sunday evening. When we arrived with a Uhual Sunday evening we find the unit is still locked and no one at the storage space. We had to keep the uhual for the night and ended up paying extra for the truck since our unit was locked. Spoke with the person at the front desk and we were told there is NOTHING that they can do to compensate for the huge hassle and a blunder on their part. Plus we also incurred an extra cost for the uhual (we had to keep the goods in the uhual and pay for an extra day), even though we had already paid for the unit. There's a Uhual storage right besides it and MAYBE that is a better storage unit with better customer service.
EDIT ( 2 months later) : I received a call a few hours after and I was offered a $30 reimbursement. I haven't had any other problems in the 2 months of using the facility so I changed my review from 1 to 3⭐.

What a JOKE this place is. If you're looking for a safe and reliable storage facility then look elsewhere because it's not this place. There are signs everywhere saying that the facility is under 24hr surveillance but they're lying. There isn't a single security camera anywhere in any of the hallways on any floor. These people don't give a shit about your things, they just want their money and could careless about you or what happens to your stuff, they charge a fortune and the price continues to go up every year, for what? This place is GARBAGE. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!

I absolutely had no unpleasant situation renting storage at this location. Clean, free of rodents, vandalisms while my items where there.
Support, efficiency, great customer service from the team, (you know who you are).
