I have been a customer for over 10-years and I am impressed by how this place is managed. They are constantly investing in improvements, safety, accessibility, etc. Their staff is very friendly and are always eager to help in any way they can. Great location and very rarely do I wait for a loading dock as there are 2-of them!

Very accommodating place. Motion activated lights in every unit. Only real flaw is the floor plan is a little confusing and only one freight elevator. Rates were comparable to other places and they almost always have a deal on your first few months rent. Staff was always pleasant to talk with and helpful with any concerns.

I came in today needing storage and Luisa and Simon have went above and beyond for me from showing me around to finding a size in my budget to having a friendly conversation in office. I truly appreciate everything this duo has done for me and above all I got a 3rd month free for paying two in advanced , talk about savings!! The facility is clean and super bright! Thank you again for absolutely everything I'm so happy to have found this place 💗💗💗💗💗

I stopped by Centron Self Storage while searching for a unit, and I have to say—Simón provided outstanding service. He showed me all the storage options that matched the sizes I needed and was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout. I really appreciated how dedicated he was to explaining every detail clearly. He even took the time to understand what I needed the storage for, which helped him recommend the best locations for my situation.

The facility itself is impressive: great prices, convenient access hours, very clean with no unpleasant odors, and equipped with modern technology. Although I didn’t rent a unit this time because I realized I need a larger space than I originally thought, I definitely plan to return soon. When I’m ready to move forward, I’ll be heading straight back to their office. Huge thanks to Simón for his kindness, attention to detail, and genuine effort to find the best solution for each customer.

The whole process was so effortlessly easy! I reserved a 10x10 unit online and Simon was great at communicating at how long the process would take and when the best time to come in. When we visited the location to check out the units, Luisa was super helpful the whole time and made our experience so easy. We were sold right away and were able to move some of our stuff that we had right away. Using the elevators wasn’t hard to follow and had dollys on site to use anytime. The hallways were clean and navigating through the building was easy to remember. The application process was smooth and knew we made the right choice to come here to rent a unit. Luisa really went above and beyond and can’t thank her enough on our first time renting a storage unit. Appreciated all her efforts with our questions and relating to us. Definitely recommend to rent with Centron, especially this location!

We used the our storage locker for the month. Space was 10x10 and was a great size to place a 1 bedroom unit worth of items. The process/procedure/rules and details of using equipment/lift was very helpful and well outlined by Simon. Thank you Simon for helping us out this summer!

The office is open during business hours and they are always on site - there will always be a staff member in the office to answer your questions.

Perfectly good storage experience. Place was clean, always enough carts. Good location. Simon and Luisa were always very helpful.

I would suggest the addition of a keypad for entry at the front, left door for easier access outside of office hours for access to units at the front of the building. Can be a long, circuitous walk, especially when you need quick access for things that don't require a cart.

Have been a storage client since downsizing from a house to an apartment a year ago. Not an easy process logistically or psychologically and have done so in stages. I've learned self storage isn't just about space - its more of a service business. Simon and Louisa at Centron have made the process smooth and more manageable than I ever would have expected. They've seen it all and provided professionalism and all the strategic advice we needed. Highly recommended.

Had a unit here for a little over a year. The people here are fantastic. They keep the place spotless and well secured. They even called me one day to let me know I had forgotten to lock my unit. Will definitely return if I need storage solutions again and will highly recommend them.

This facility is so friendly and helpful. I have used Apple Storage in the past and when I found out this was managed by them I knew I was in good hands. Dealing with Luisa whom is the site manager was an absolute pleasure and she made it a stress free sign up. She put me in a unit really close to the elevators so that it would be easy for my move when I asked about boxes she had a whole display out in front and even gave me a discount for spending over $40! Good and HELPFUL customer service is rare to find so I wouldn’t look any further, this is an amazing location.

My family has used this place multiple times over the years and it has always been a great experience. I have used U-Haul storage facilities in the past but I was often unhappy for various reasons. Non of those were an issue here.

I had the opportunity to interact with Luisa by telephone when I needed storage at short notice. She was a pleasure to deal with by phone and even more so in person.
