This week my husband I rented a heated indoor storage unit and we were impressed with the high customer service standards.
This team wants it to be a good experience and have you smiling. Our 1st phone contact w/Leesa was professional & friendly. Within an hour we had toured, identified a suitable unit & signed up. Later in the day we started to move our items.
The next am I realized that I may have left my scarf on their premises. I called & Jane gladly said she would check their 'lost & found' area. It was not there. Jane then offered to report it to their maintenance team.
The next day Leesa called to inform me that my scarf had been located & I could pick it up in the office! CCTV revealed where I dropped it & how it was recovered.
Who does that? This team exceeded my expectations & really cares for their customers!!

So far so good. Came here because they are straightforward plus they are a local business not a chain. The chain ones start hounding you with emails and phone calls from different parts of the country or the US. Karen greeted me at the counter showed me a couple of units told me the price ahead of time with no confusion. I happily booked on the spot. And they are in a nice quiet location off the main roads. Prices are very reasonable. All secure!

Fantastic storage. Washrooms are available on site (very important, if you’ve ever moved a lot of things into storage, you know this to be a necessary feature). Everything is very clean and secure, (fully alarmed with cameras outside and inside) and the climate control keeps things dry and free from damage. There is adequate and accessible parking that doesn’t get crowded, with plenty of room for larger vehicles to move around. The staff are polite, helpful, and professional. Operating hours are convenient, as is the building location. Prices are competitive with current market value, but I’d say they excel in their value vs cost, and you can expect to be very happy with storing your belongings here. I totally recommend Abacus Self Storage. 5 stars.
