Urban Barn

At the beginning of December we selected a dresser and paid in full the amount of $1200+. We were quoted a 2 week delivery window. With christmas that week a few more days were expected and we were going away for the holiday anyways so if it had to be after that would be o.k and understandable.
Upon our return, no updates were given about the arrival of our furniture. Notices seemed to be missed from staff to staff, or the people who did the ordering didn't seem to be at the store, this was now 3 weeks after purchase.
Now a month later we are told the inventory dosen't exsit. Another dresser can be delivered...in Febuary with a 10% discount. Also it seems that the item IN the store isn't for sale.
Please only buy things that you can physically take out of the store if you feel it necessaey to buy anything.
