I've worked with Viktor from MRE twice: initially to lease the space where our apartment is located, and most recently, through Viktor, we bought a mixed-use building. The deal might have come apart so many times, but because of his determination and refusal to let the deal die, we managed to keep it together and close last week. Even more remarkably, he managed to persuade the tenant to foot half the bill for the environmental assessment. All the while, he was approachable, and amiable.
