Salmon Plumbing and Heating

In the past 2 years, we have used Salmon Plumbing 3 times for 3 different types of service calls. Furnace Service, Unclogging drain pipes, and Air Conditioning repairs. First 2 times we were asked to provide credit card info. Today's service call did not require such a deposit as we are a repeat customer. I've always found Salmon Plumbing to be completely up front with pricing and the billing has been accurate. I certainly will use them again in the future.

I had a new dishwasher installed and was quoted around $120. I called several other places before Salmon and was quoted btn $150-160 for the total price. For first time customers you can only book an appointment by providing a visa or a mastercard number over the phone. I was given an appointment time of between 12-2pm and the guy showed up 20 mins after 2pm. It took 1hr 30mins to have the dishwahser installed, and I was asked to sign once the work was completed. Before I signed I asked how much will the bill be, and the guy didn't know how much it would be and told me about 120-130 dollars as well. He told me someone would call me with the total in 1-2 days which they did call. The total price was $185.67 and this was even with supplying my own parts. I just know in the future I will definitely get a different company for any of my future plumbing needs. Quote was way off, no bill after work is done, they will call you with a total, sort of a weird way of doing business.
