We have numerous vendors; this has got to be the most challenging vendor ever. With our last order 4 out of 5 items were incorrect. And when you ask them to fix the problem they state that a minimum order quantity is required to fix their mistake. They also have a tendency to over charge and modify PO's quantity and price without any communication. Try sending an email or phone message and it will take days for a reply if you desire to have challenges in your suppliers then this is the one for you. If you desire a partnership we would suggest you look elsewhere.
