Established in 1992, PeopleCare Health Services has continued to expand its support and services throughout the communities of Colorado, now encompassing counties out of the 64 in Colorado. We have established an exemplary reputation for quality and are now known as Colorado’s Home Care Leader. We take pride in putting the health, safety and independence of our clients first. We understand that one size does not fit all so our services are customized to meet the unique needs and desires of each client. We realize the need for individualized care plans that change as do the needs of those for whom we provide care. We meet our clients where they are in their journey and “do everyday life” with them. We believe the commitment we have to our mission and values has been the reason PeopleCare Health Services has grown to the point we now offer services to 64 counties in Colorado, including the Eastern Plains through our East Office and the middle and lower region of Colorado through our South office. We understand that you are inviting someone into your home to provide care and that is inherently a vulnerable thing to do. We also understand and believe that our clients want to direct their own care and have a say in the way that care is delivered. That is why we are committed to going beyond the expected to identify and provide screened and well-trained Personal Care Workers (PCWs) who are a good match to your unique needs and personality.
