In practice in the Redmond, Washington area for more than 20 years, Dr. Kuo’s skills and experience have helped hundreds of patients improve their dental health and maintain or create beautiful smiles. Dr. Kuo and his team of professionals provide comprehensive dental care in a welcoming environment. From the very first visit, he and the staff treat patients like extended family members. That personalized care is why so many people bring their family members, friends, and colleagues to Dr. Kuo. A native of Australia, Dr. Kuo began his education at Sydney University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in microbiology and biochemistry. He then attended Loma Linda University in California, where he received his Master’s of Science in microbiology and his Doctor of Dental Surgery. He began practicing dentistry in California in 1990, then moved to the Seattle area in 1996. He’s been helping patients at his current practice since 2003 and continues to welcome new patients to his dental family.   Dr. Kuo believes that one’s education is never complete, and he seeks additional opportunities to expand his base of skills and knowledge. That allows him to remain on the cutting edge of dental innovation, and to bring the best solutions to people in his care. The Seattle Met has acknowledged Dr. Kuo's expertise by naming him one of Seattle's Top Dentist for the past six years in a row. He has been honored by awards from the Academy of Operative Dentistry and the International College of Dentistry Achievement and other distinguished organizations. Dr. Kuo’s professional memberships include the Washington State Dental Society, the Seattle-King County Dental Society, and the American Dental Society. When he’s not working, Dr. Kuo loves spending time outdoors, as well as traveling with family and friends. Dr. Kuo feels it is important to help those in need. One of his greatest joys is volunteering for the dental mobile clinic to give back to his local community.
