Lasting from 1.5 to 2 hours, they may include any combination of Hypnotherapy techniques including Suggestions, Guided Meditation, Parts Therapy, Age, Natal and Past Life Regression, Truth Talk, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Breathwork, Life Coaching and others. Remote sessions are also available and can be done from any area entirely online.
