I was suckered into purchasing a DMP home security system with overpriced accessories thanks to their scare tactics. When the installed system quit responding a week later, I contacted customer support. The assistant was unhelpful and downright rude. I returned my system to DMP's distributor and complained to them about it.

It's an economic crunch out there are what does DMP do to get more business? They design keypad covers - that's right, keypad covers. That fancy new keypad cover will do nothing to protect Mr. and Mrs. Smith from Mr. and Mrs. Handgun. This company's resources would have been better spent making their systems smarter and more reliable, not cuter.
