From start to finish, both Ria and Andrea made the entire process effortless. They’re professional, kind, and genuinely care about their customers. Every question I had was answered with patience and clarity, and they went out of their way to make sure I had the unit for my needs. What’s more, they did it with laughter and authenticity. 🙏🏻

The facility itself is spotless, secure, and well-organized, but it’s the team that really makes the difference. Ria and Andrea’s warmth and attention to detail made it a seemly and strew free experience.

Andrea was amazing. She was always so helpful and engaging. It made it so wonderful to deal with this place. The units are clean and well kept and we highly recommend this location.

I was in need of storage space in preparation for a move from Burlington to Hamilton. SmartStop as the name implies, was a game changer, easy access, clean and safe environment. The unit that was recommended worked wonderfully for my needs, and the price was reasonable as well.
If you are in need of extra storage space, I highly recommend SmartStop 1207 Appleby in Burlington, your stuff is secured in a climate controlled environment, and the staff super friendly and knowledgeable.

Andrea helped me get my first unit and made it quick and painless. The facility is nice, clean and easy to navigate. We were even provided with some water bottles on a hot day while I moved my stuff into my unit. Highly recommend!

Guy Jerry was so helpful to me getting a rental unit. He was super helpful and kind. He provided all the information I needed and all my questions was answered before I signed up. Only thing I would suggest to storage is to put garbage bin for small coffee cups disposal.

Jerry is the most inept customer service representative I have ever come across in my many year of using a storage facility. Not only did he continually disrespect me as a paying customer but couldn’t answer any of the questions I asked him. Upon refusing to answer questions about my account and the promises he made to me, which he made over the phone and were all recorded, he proceeded to ignore and threaten calling the authorities on me. As a paying customer I encouraged him to do so, but seeing as he was in the wrong, did not proceed to do so. After continually asking why he didn’t keep true to him promise, he never answered and proceeded to ignore the question at hand and gave a blanket corporate statement to cover. I would definitely not recommend using this facility, specifically because of Jerry. He couldn’t even provide accurate information of his supervisors to issue a more formal complaint. If Andrea Serianni sees this message, please note that Jerry lied and provided false information for you and himself for the purpose of lodging a formal complaint. 0/10 service and knowledge of the service industry. Incredibly disappointing and insulted by this ongoing interaction. I guess the customer is never right in the service industry anymore.

Stay far away. These guys every 6 months raise the cost 30+% and say its the market. I'm now paying double the street rate. They bait you with a promo and increase it beyond everyone in the area. 65% increase in 1 year is far beyond inflation. Go elsewhere unless you like moving your stuff around.

I recently rented a storage and not only are the prices highly competitive the detailed breakdown of the procedure by the representative was excellent. My check in was accompanied by Jerry who educated me on the necessary information I needed to know and answered all my inquiries very professionally. All in all superb customer service.

Because of severe lower back pain, I wasn't able to open my storage unit, as the door was caught on one of my plastic containers inside. As a result, I went and asked the Front Office
Manager, Phil for help. He immediately responded in the positive and came with me to my unit. Then, with his muscle he opened the lower part of the door, and was able to move the obstructing plastic bin away so the door could be fully opened. THANK YOU SO VERY MUICH, PHIL!

Went today to finalize a unit at the Appleby Line location. Jerry was very efficient - showed us the unit, answered our questions, and had us signed in and done in a timely manner. He also did a great job explaining the different costs associated with rental.

Nice, clean unit. Climate controlled to be on the cooler side (considering this review is being written in the winter months). 4 garage bays to drive right in and unload.

My only issue with this location was one of the garage doors was not operating during my lease. Overall, would rent with SnartStop again in the future.

After being assured by an employee that my mother’s unit had been closed, she was subsequently charged for 3 months for leaving a lock on the unit. When I called to verify what had happened, I was told that “they meant a different unit,” which she had closed prior to this situation. Overall very unprofessional and discourteous while trying to solve this problem. It would have cost them nothing to fix the problem; but they honestly didn’t seem interested. They treated it as a case of “too bad, so sad, not our problem.”

Great facility. Got a great deal and paid upfront for 6 months. I asked if I had to extend I’d get the same rate. The answer was yes but I’ve been charged full price for the month which was almost double.

Had to make some changes to my rental unit due to booking wrong one. Both the assistant manager and the manager were super helpful and were able to help me sort everything out within a few minutes.

Jignesh gave very good service. Walked us through the units to show us the unit size before we went ahead of the rental. It really helped. convenient to access.

The young rep at the front counter was very polite and helpful. She was on her lunch break but unlocked the door for me and then proceeded to show me around. I did look on the Internet before but was not clear how it works with the elevators, it does work just fine

Clean facility, modern, new building, orderly, functional, good price, 1st month free without having to sign a 6 or 12 months contract. Honestly I can't find any negative
