Booking the 10x10’ unit was easy combining website and in person. Both staff were very helpful and professional in service. Moving through the reservation to signing the lease, everything was explained well and easy. Thanks Jessica and Eddy!

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They have our credit card on file but they charged us a late fee. They claimed our credit card was not working, and when I asked why they didn't contact us, they said they tried leaving phone calls and emails. First, we have no record of phone calls in our office. Second, the email she repeated back was wrong. Either their admin is incompetent or it was on purpose. Then, after two weeks when the late fee was applied, our credit card magically went through. Not even before the next bill cycle. Jessica the manager was unprofessional, I'm very disappointed.

Jessica at the Oakville Store was always terrific to deal with. Most accommodating and available if any questions or concerns. My decision to move everything out of my two lockers came down to SmartStop price increases that seemed to occur weekly.

Disgusting pricing - if they don't have many storage units available they jack up the price . Imagine if a grocery stores did that? We would all be feeling very hungry . Shop around, give this company a miss!

Just started renting my unit today. The whole process was very straightforward. Pricing was clear on the website, no call to reserve hassle. I was able to sign up, reserve the unit and complete the lease in 5 mins. Jessica from the the office then called, walked me through the lease agreement and then handed my access code. She also offered to walk me to the unit, show me around the facility and where to find the dollies. 10/10 is my first impression and first experience.

Love this place but didn't get our first month free. We got 2 lockers at the same time is probably the problem. It has great access. Dock level, cubevan level, and ground level with or without ramp. We're on the second floor and the elevator is always available and clean. Yesterday it was 41c outside and it was a pleasure to move in the a/c unit. Staff was friendly and helpful when getting the storage. Will recommend to friends and family.
