Debbie is amazing. Great customer service. I'm very happy with the facility, clean, bright and well maintained. Easily accessible loading area. Washroom on site. My storage unit is the perfect size, ample space and good condition. Great value and I look forward to using my unit!

The facility is very clean and well kept and the staff are very accommodating. I walked in and Cindy was able to get me set up with a 5x5 for same day move in (I recommend you book online though for cheaper rates and to make the staff's lives easier). Definitely the best storage facility i've used.
We used two storage units here in the past year. A large one for several months and a smaller one for a month during a move. The staff are friendly and efficient, the facility is clean, dry and climate controlled. Our belongings were safe and accessible. I highly recommend them.
Amazing experience with Debbie. She explained everything really nicely. Cindy was super sweet as well. Welcomed us and showed us around. Highly recommend this centre for your storage needs.

So far I have just signed up to rent a unit, but the reservation online was super easy. When I went in to view the unit, Deb was very patient and showed me around the place. She talked me through the rental agreement and explained everything/answered all my questions very well. The place seems very clean, secure and easy for the customers to access. I am looking forward to using my new storage unit.

Great experience all round. Place is immaculate. Staff are always willing to help wherever they can. Debbie was great to deal with in closing out the space I was using. Overall I wouldn't think of going anywhere else if i need storage.

Smart Stop didn't disappoint..rented a small unit this weekend for my second storage experience at Smart Stop.. How nice to see that DEBBIE is not only still at the helm, but also a trainer for other SS centres!! No wonder.. she is highly personable, capable and super friendly... customer service award of 2025!!

I have had storage in various storage places, and in my experience this place is off the charts! Sonia and Debbie are the perfect examples of what true customer service is! The option to have a covered loading/unloading area is the ultimate! I was in often to access my locker and the facility was always clean and it was clear that the washroom was a high priority. This was a great experience,

Clean friendly place. Helpful. Very customer focused. Dealt with both ladies there and truly lovely people. Sonia was there last day and was so helpful with some closing out questions. If need storage would only use this facility in the future. Other customers are always very polite too never concern about who is there with you.

Excellent staff, Debbie is always helpful along with all the staff as we moved between unit sizes and as we moved out. The storage is clean, reasonably priced and secure. Highly recommend.
