I had gone to the one in Puyallup Wa.Everything went well and I ended up taking stuff from one storage and getting my own from the gentleman working that day.He's pleasant and accommodating and quick.Very reasonable prices.

I had such a great experience thanks to Romeo. From the second I walked in, he was super friendly and welcoming, and he really took the time to walk me through all my options. He explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated.

What really stood out is how much he genuinely cares. He went out of his way to make sure that I got the exact unit size that I needed. That kind of service is rare these days.

Been renting a unit here for 9 months and the last time I visited I realized there are mice all through my unit. Destroying all my families possessions. When moving boxes around the unit I saw mice jumping out of the boxes and droppings and nesting materials everywhere.
I quickly went to the office and filed a complaint with the person at the front desk and they told me it's normal for an outside unit to have a mouse infestation. I pay nearly $400 a month for my things to get ruined...Not acceptable.... Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

He was amazing and professional. Made sure that regardless of the weather, he was there to assist me with the moving. I am very happy and impressed with the customer service. Thank you.

I stored my belongings here for 2 years after moving from DT Toronto while waiting for my new house to be built. Facilities are clean, modern, and it was good value for money. If you need packing supplies, they have them onsite and I found them cheaper than Home Depot. Martin was especially helpful (and funny).

It is very clean, Rasula is very professional, very detailed in explaining information. Great customer service. I love the express service, I received today, Rasula goes above and beyond in helping me to choose the right unit that’s suits me best.
