On the rare occasion we need to work with the service department to replace aging pumps or valves we've found the staff to be detail oriented, quick to figure out exactly the part we need and are ready with any support we need. We love our swim spa and it is a pleasure to work with such an attentive and professional staff who are clearly very proud of their products.

Short story: Cheaply made spas. Our cabinet is rotting. Had to replace brain and panel in less than 5 years. Can't get a cover that doesn't get water logged. And on and on. Ask to see their warranty. That will tell you all you need to know.

We are very happy with my deluxe waterfall swim spa we accepted a couple weeks ago. We have had such strange weather here in the mid-west but we are certainly enjoying it regardless. I do like how the jets are easily adjustable to suit my swimming and where my wife can adjust it to hers ( she's a much better swimmer then me). The customer service has been excellent as I feel like I call my sales person for questions a lot but I'm a newbie swim spa owner...It's more so my fault of not just reading instructions but verbal is better for me and they are so patient.

Just got done using my hot tub and I must say this is one of the best purchases I have ever made. You do not realize how much having one helps your body. I love that I was able to custom place some of my jets to hit exactly where I need them to hit. If you are in the market for a hot tub, I highly recommend Spa Manufacturers. They have absolutely stellar customer service and hot tubs!

I am really happy with my swim spa from here. I have had it coming on 1 year now and I still get awesome customer service from them. The swimming current is very nice because I can adjust it to my pace. I have also lost weight using it! My husband is a much stronger swimmer than I am so the full force is perfect!

I wanted to compliment spa manufacturers on how easy and smooth my out of state purchase was with Sarah. She had so much patience with my situation and really helped me work out details that could have held me up from purchasing. You know you are dealing with a wonderful company when your saleperson goes way beyond what they have too to ensure the process is easy for their customer. I am so happy I went with spa manufacturers with my swim spa purchase verses a couple other companies I saw on the internet. Also alittle advice to future shoppers, spa manufacturers maked their products in the USA. I talked to a couple other companies and found out those were imported into the US. I'd rather keep my money and business in the US as much as possible. DO your research!

I was very nervous about ordering my swim spa sight unseen from another state but I went with my gut and did it. My swim spa shipped out a few days ago. Between the driver, Sarah and my salesperson ( Meg) at Spa Manufacturers, this process was so smooth. My swim spa arrived yesterday and my crane lifted it right off. Its all hooked up and amazing! We stayed in it for hours depsite the weather being in the 50's here. Heat was cranked up to 104 PERFECT! Best of all I saved so much money going with them! Thank you!

I've owned my swim spa for 2 years and use it everyday. I live in Maine which is clearly far from Florida where they are located. I had family in from out of state and they enjoyed the swim spa everyday as well. They enjoyed it so much that their young son completely broke the control valve for the swim current. I called spa manufacturers wanting to know the steps I needed to take to get it fixed. The service manager got me in touch with the general manager and she explained how easy it was to replace the part or they could send a tech out to do it. After she explained how easy it, I determined I could do it myself. She had the part shipped out to me right away and as soon as I got it, it was an easy fix. I was very happy with the quick response and service. They have a great team there.

I recieved my swim spa here in Chicago just in time for the weather change. The entire family uses it everyday. We are very happy with our purchase and recommend everyone to Spa Manufacturers if you are wanting a swimming spa.

I did alot of searching online about swimspas and I had found a company online that told me they were the manufacturer and made in the USA which was so important to me since I am active military. After doing further research on the company, I found out that the swim spa was actually made out of the country and imported in. This made me very unhappy and took me back to my search again. Well I found Spa Manufacturers who said they are a US made product for over 34 years. I really looked into them to be sure and they were telling the truth. They make them right there in Clearwater FL! I called and got all of the info I needed. I got a great price for being in the miltary and ordered my swim spa sight unseen. Now I have had it for 3 months and I am very happy with it. Point is be very aware of where you spend your hard earned money. I like keeping my money in the US as much as possible and supporting US companies! DO YOUR RESEARCH.

I am a very strong swimmer (nickname is fish) and have test swam many different swim spas on the market. I had problem with out-swimming the currrent on all of them.I thought maybe the ones with the "river current" would be the best but I had to swim a slow pace otherwise I was hitting the back wall. I saw swim spa manufacturers on the interent and decided to take a trip there and make a weekend out of it. I came very skeptical because of all the others I outswam. I got in and actullay swam really well in it. The current was excalty what I needed to keep me in place. I ordered my deluxe swim spa and had it shipped to my home in CO. I am very happy with it.

I have owned my hot tub from spa manufacturers for 7 years now and I had to make my first service call last week to replace my motor ( I drained my spa and forgot to turn off my power so at my fault it burned up ). I spoke with Chris the service manager and he was so polite and got me scheduled ASAP due to the fact I use my hot tub for therapy everyday. This company has excellent customer service and an excellent hot tub. I will be moving to a new house on a few years once I retire and I will use my old hot tub as a trade in for a new one. I will only go through them, they have been such a great company to work with.

I just wanted to come here and thank you guys for getting us such a great deal on a swim spa. We are very happy with it and happy how the ordering and shipping went. This is something we all use everyday.
