I came in in PERSON for help tracking a shipment that supposedly is in the FEDEX shipping system in Arizona. They hand me a card with the phone number of the office I am standing inside of. WTF If they can't help me standing right in front of them, why should I believe they would be any better over the damn phone!!!!!
