Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Calgary

Premium pricing for tubs DOES NOT insure better service or a higher quality product. Non stop issues with my tub since purchase and their support team is horrible. You can't get the service manager on the phone. You have to leave a message for him at the front desk and IF he gets back to you its usually longer than a week. They miss appointments, they lack knowledgeable about how to fix basic issues and have to call Jacuzzi US for support. The support staff consists of 1 manager and 2 techs which is minuscule for the amount of tubs they sell across Calgary and area. I am just dreading something going wrong with my tub in the winter as I know for a fact I will continue to have issues with support. Don't fall for the sales pitches and sure as heck don't pay their insane prices thinking you will be getting a flawless product and service. Sad really. Shop around people.

I didn't shop around, I didn't price check or compare models and count jets or speakers because I could care less. What I'm after is service. I went to Jacuzzi in the Northland Mall, Bridgette was the girl behind the counter and she was very informative and very passionate about her product and she told me all about the service. Later I went to the other store, asked about what was on sale and plunked down a deposit on a 480 tub with all the goodies. I am incapable of thinking things through so I didn't really think out where to put the tub. Turns out we had no good place for the tub and had to move if my wife were to get her hot tub. So we moved. I paid for the tub. Jacuzzi Calgary was totally OK with the deal taking 6 months, I bought the tub in February or March and we took delivery in September at the new place and they were OK with the thing sitting in their store all that time. The tub works slick and they don't mind I come by all the time to test my water either. Fast forward to January 2010, the tub craps out on a Sunday evening, I call Darren and explain that we are leaving for Mexico the next morning and my hot tub blinked out - no heat, no circulation, kaput. First of all it blows me away that the guy picked up his phone on a Sunday night and he says for me not to worry about a thing and they'll sort it out. I left a key out for them and we took off to Cabo. These guys saved my tub from freezing and they didn't even charge me for it. We'll move again some day and I'll have to get another hot tub for my wife who now can't live without her hot tub and I'll buy whatever Jacuzzi has for sale when that time comes. Oh, then there's the time I screwed my hot tub up because I tossed in too many chemicals and dissolved the filter and melted my float ball and it shut down - again they come out to the house and fix everything and you'd never know I totally screwed it up.

Jacuzzi Premium Spas is THE best place to buy a hottub from no doubts. I found this out the hard way.....I used to have a Dynasty spa and the service was horrid i would call to get something fixed and never get answers or calls back finally i got rid of that tub and bought from jacuzzi and never looked back. They have water testing stations, good hot tub habbits night, and customer appreciation nights! If your in the market for a tub Look no further

He listened to my concerns and understood that I only wanted to spend enough money to run a competent new maintenance system for my tub. Spent about $80 more than I wanted to, but it was required in order to achieve what I wanted...fair enough.

Well two weeks later we are using my tub more than ever! Why? VERY impressed thus far with the Zodiac low chlorine system. Our tub water is CLEAR & doesn't SMELL! So far I would highly recommend this system (follow the simple instructions though). I'll update this post in 12 weeks.

We have had our Jacuzzi hot tub for almost one and a half years now and I have to share how great both the hot tub and the service have been! I have heard so many people complain about the lack of service with their hot tub that I feel that I need to inform the world that SERVICE IS NOT DEAD. The staff at Jacuzzi Calgary have made our ownership experience wonderful. With easy to follow instructions, free computerized water testing and near 24 hour support from the owner himself (he gave us his cell number!), this is the best service we have ever recieved in ANY industry. Oh, by the way, we have had many hot tubs over the years and nothing compares to the feel of a real Jacuzzi brand hot tub.
