Best West Express

Best West Express's Travis Morgan has a silver tongue. I was absolutely restless and in distress over my move and he was very attentive to detail and made me feel like my belongings would be taken care of. I cannot believe it took me so long to actually make up my mind to go with this company, everything went perfect. There was a small difference in price, but only because I added a few family antiques at the last minute that I just couldn't bring myself to give away. Even Carlos on pick-up was extremely careful and had great communication with the rest of his team, taking notice of my small requests and pieces of advice. My only regret is not going with Best West Express sooner, outstanding service overall!

Cant say really anything bad about this folks, they picked me up yesterday and the crew was not less then professional. I went with them because the price range was kinda in the middle. Not too cheap and not too expensive. Plus, they gave me a good price for 5 months of storage.

We've been searching for the best movers out there with my wife for weeks, we were planning a move from Sacramento to Denver Co, it was stressful to say the least! constant calls and emails, infinite quotes and so on. Until we were surprised to find an incredible help in Greg, a sales agent for Best West Express. He was on point from the start, from the right quoting to the assistance. He actually cared about us and our schedules and not only for the sales portion of it all. It was completely reassuring to have that support form him. He explained Bets West was a family owned company and that's why I think they are so humane to customers. The crew upon pick up was amazing. They packed everything in about 3 hours and they were on the road after that. We received our items in Denver probably 6 days after pick up, all of our stuff as good as new. Incredible people working here! very helpful and soulful!

Michael and his crew were amazing.  Very professional, packed everything up for me nicely, nothing broke and they were great about placing everything where I wanted in the new place too. Pricing was also half what I was quoted around town.
This is the 2nd time I have used them and they dont nickel and dime you with extra charges.

What a great experience we had with this company. I read a lot about moving scams while researching companies so I was a bit nervous to book with anyone but I'm glad I chose Rick with Best West. They really do provide excellent service and accurate estimates. Highly recommend. the only thing is that they should arrive at the time they said, they were 40 minutes late, but they compensate it with the good work!

We used Best West Express for our move this month. Seth organized our move very smoothly! Three men came on time and very efficiently move all our boxes and furniture to our new Home. We had packed our own boxes but Best West packed our TV, furniture etc and they did a great job. We will definitely use them for our next move. Highly recommend!

Fully recommend Best West! The dispatcher Michael was very responsive throughout the process and stayed in contact to make sure customer was satisfied. Staff was really good and took care of all my furniture/boxes/etc. The one thing that didn't make it a 5 star for me perhaps is with regards to quote/rate - final price was 50-60% above the quoted rate (tip excluded). While I understand there could be additional expenses, think they could do a better job at quoting day 1 as it may be a shock once you have to pay. Overall, great service and staff very good!

We are so happy with our move! It couldn't have gone better. Everything was delivered in the same condition. Thanks to Michael and the team. They even helped us re-assemble some furniture at our new place. I would highly recommend using Best West Express for your next move.

Best West Express was just terrific! Jose and the crew packed everything up, which they accomplished very quickly considering how much they had to do. They arrived exactly on time and worked hard the whole time they were on the job. Nothing was scratched or broken. I will never use another company. Great work!

Best west express went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure my mom and I were happy with everything. They were upbeat, positive, and very patient dealing with our stress. Best west express did a great job for us. From Zoe on Sales end to Jose and his crew on the pickup and delivery. HARD working guys. Give them some Gatorade and treat them with respect. They deserve it.

It's been a week since I moved to Dallas with best west express and my experience was so good that I had to give them a 5 star review. I've had to move several times in the last 10 years and I've had good experiences and bad but this one was definitely the best. I'd recommend this company to everyone and the crew of Michael and the other boys were incredible. Special thanks also to Seth for his great phone work and assistance in scheduling the right size truck and manpower that my move needed.

I used Best west express to move my 4 bedroom family home to Georgia. I am very happy with all the hard work and dedication that everyone put into this move. I was very nervous about the whole thing and Travis and the moving crew really put my mind at ease and made it stress free. I have already recommended them to many of my colleagues!
