These are the worst excuse for a window company, maybe they use to be good but the quality and customer care is a ZERO!!! I have had nothing but issues with the product with many attempts to the manufacturer for help..

Response from the owner 18 hours ago
Hello. We've inquired with our service team and we can't find any outstanding service request in your name. Can you contact us at marketing@vinylbilt.com so we can address the issue? Best regards,

Dear sir or madam,

In regards to the comments made above on a review forum and your response, we are again appealing to your company.
First of all, we find it hard to believe you have nothing outstanding on our complaints.
Again, here is some background and a summary of our complaint, which should now be considered a warranty issue.
Our house was completed in the fall of 2017 and we have been complaining about our windows since early 2018.
We have filed complaints with your supplier agent in Dartmouth N.S., Royal Building Supplies (Joe Plante and Kevin Marshall) the seller of the windows.
After telling us our issue was probably due to excess humidity and lack of proper air flow, we were basically ignored by Royal Building Supplies.
However, although they ignored our correspondence they did send our complaint to B Nadeau at the Atis Group.
B Nadeau basically stated our window purchase was in keeping with the zone in which we lived, but when we sent him a picture of a cracked window pane he did arrange repairs with another Atis Group Company out of Moncton NB. , namely Allsco Windows and Doors . That was after water was leaking in through the upper level patio door, damaging lower level drywall and door casing below it.
Your people continued to tell us the extreme condensation was not a window issue but a HVAC problem .
We have had a larger HVAC installed and properly balanced at a fairly significant cost in order to rectify the problem, which it did not.
We would point out that the issue is not with every window but only with some , however some of the single hung windows on the lower level are extremely drafty which is probably why they do not condensate as much, but they are uncomfortably drafty to sit beside .
In short we have issues with our windows !! We have been complaining continuously for a year. The Allsco repair guy stated he could not give us an opinion on our issues , only repair the obvious . Other than the cracked window the obvious turned out to be a faulty seal on the upper level door window insert, that did all the damage below, as well as a lower level window insert that had been installed at factory with an improper frame that did not match, so only a couple of screws were holding this together…
With the money we spent on windows with your company , as well as our following through with HVAC upgrades , is it not just possible we have some faulty windows ???
If you are to stand behind your products and honor your warranties don’t you think it’s time a specialist from your company came to our home to review and address our ongoing
issues ?
If it is possible that windows came out of your factory with poor seals and mismatched frames is it also not possible that we have fault with some of our windows and the insulation factor ?
In Closing it would be nice to know who we are dealing with
Name
Position
And Telephone Number ?
