We are always looking for ways to improve. In 2004 we implemented a proprietary program to analyze and track our daily service performance so we can identify areas for improvement. For customers with accounts here are our average stats for this year. - Containers scheduled in advance for delivery or pickup serviced on scheduled day 99.9%. - Customers requesting unscheduled same day service received it 99.1% of the time, and 96.6% received this service in less than 4 hours! Customers receiving same day service even when same day service was not requested 98.3%
