Glacier Spas

We recently purchased a hot tub from Glacier Spas. There were 2 reasons we decided to purchase from here, one because they promised we would have it in 3 weeks, and secondly because we were told there is a 5 year warranty on Everything. Well, we did not get the tub for 9 weeks, and the warranty paper attached is only for 1 year. Everytime we phoned and talked to the salesperson Dave, he would lie to us. Finally, we ended up dealing directly with a person from Calspa instead (still confused about how that works), but he seemed more responsive. There has been absolutely NO effort from Glacier to try and compensate us in any way for all of the lies and inconviences. Stay away from this place!
