I wish I had read reviews before I sent them any of our delinquent accounts. I was given misleading information from the start and it only got worse. I will definitely not be using them ever again!

I call BS on all these happy reviews. WAY to obvious they are employee written. You can find the same type of reviews on other sites. They are used to try and hide all the negative ones. This is the most unethical business I have ever encountered. They demand respect, however they do not show respect to anyone. Clients are taken advantage of, and the people they are collecting from are abused. STAY FAR AWAY.

they stated that they do not need any evidence from their client to prove that their client rendered services to myself - signed invoice, receipt nothing.

they stated that it is the customer burden only to proof any company did not rendered any service in a court of law.

all of this is incorrect - this collection agency is - to my opinion not functioning in any ethical manner and all legitimate companies should stay away.

We need help with handling our delinquent clients. We let it get out of hand and lost a lot of money in the process. They now manage all of our collecting needs with current clients. Its nice not to have to worry about it.

We have used Credit Network for many of our delinquent accounts, and it has proven to be a great idea. While we would sooner get 100% of the money, something is better then nothing which is what we were getting. Very happy with their service

The choice to use a collection agency to do your receivables can be a very difficult one. You have to find one you can trust and is still effective. My experience with collection agencies has been that if they are effective they are overpriced and charge every kind of fee imaginable. When I started using these guys I thought it would be the same, I am pleased to say I was wrong. Credit Network Inc has collected so much for so little in a short amount of time.
