Boy, the write-up above looks like someone is trying to destroy Sunrooms Etc. (I have seen a something similar write-up done to a company I worked for and we felt it was done by a certain staff member who was fired - a bad egg). This is not the Sunrooms Etc. Company we dealt with. We had a 3 season sun room installed by Sunrooms Etc. and it is beautiful in all respects. We have a minor problems with water which Art (service man) has assured me he will look after in the spring when he can confirm exactly where it is coming in. We had to wait 2 months longer than expected because of Building Permit delays within The City of Edmonton, but it was worth it. We Love the room and have used it late in the fall and already this spring by using a free standing natural gas stove which was designed into the room by them. The only fault found is “they do not keep us abreast of what is happening we would like to hear at least every couple of weeks what is happening between Engineering drawings, blueprints and permits”, "Wilf" Talk To Us. The product is great, the installers are great; hope Art will again be great and do the service work in the spring. If not I will let you know here.

The owner of this company is the poorest example of a businessman. He mislead us on our install date and the sunroom was less then optimal. He ignored our request for repair and lied continuously to avoid taking care of us. He toted a Christian background to hide behind and certainly did not walk the talk. If you have any sense you'll not buy from this person!
