so disgusted with when I called to see if I could get an estimate. Sales person was so rude and demeaning in the call and not the least interested in my business.

From Ralph (quote) to Ian (confirm inhouse colour choice) to Bruce and his installation crew, our new roof (with repair work) was handled in a most professional manner. When they finished, our roof/skylight looked great and our yard was cleaner than when they arrived. Most importantly, there were no suprises to the final invoice. We highly recommend F.C.R.....can't thank you guys enough.....Jim & Sue
