Great products. Poor customer service. My husband and I came in to the store on a Saturday morning. Notwithstanding that the sales reps were serving other people, the very least staff could have done was acknowledge us and let us know that they would assist us shortly. The best business enterprise will always fall short of customer service is wanting. Too bad...we were ready to buy.

HI: I/My neighbours have been coming/going from this real PRO...Tony/Son...& their lg. family of enthusiastic employees. Great stock, feature on sale items, the best of Xmas home lights things. Perhaps, the best also of BBQ & assorted equipment, in GTA.
An broad, broad range of products, tools etc, I buy all my paint, supplies here, at this momento...going to get some tanks of propane, as well....charcoal, & starter for BBQ...wintertime, Xmas time, they say another....serious 'winter ice storm' is coming, already CBC says enroute from the 'east/ sth/ east', maybe lights hydro out eh. We shall see, real soon!!!Supplies Here..
Time for angels, & candle's, cooking time problems, may be ahead...12/25/13, we shall see, be prepared. Drop IN. NO, I'm not related..
