Not transparent about the cockroach and bed bug infestation.

My mother lived in the assisted living facility for 2.5 years until she needed to move to a nursing home. She received excellent care while there. All staff were friendly, caring and attentive. I was kept updated each time a change in her care was made.
The facility is very bright, modern and well maintained. Even the grounds have several places to sit and enjoy.
The only downside, was that the programming was not very intensive. Most days there was only 1 or 2 programs running. Some of the residents, including my mom, were bored at times.
Overall, I would recommend this as a pleasant and friendly place to live for seniors.

I went on a tour in March of 2011 and was very impressed by the community atmosphere. Everything was very well laid out, and the focus on the residents was absolutly amazing. The premises was very well kept, very clean, and a pride of service was very evident on the faces of everyone I saw that day. Definitly a five star!
