Paladin Security Group Ltd.

I had read reviews when I first started with Paladin and thought it was just a bunch of angry people, don't get me wrong a job is a job, but this is ridiculous. The constant watches this company employs are probably the most useless soul killing job anybody can do. No breaks. No proper training, and then they wonder why bad things happen to the constants. The actual security guards even tell of the horror that is Paladin, ranging from pay to unpredictable work places. They act like some sort of authority for Security, but hell no they are exactly what a security company should not be. The training is ludicrous, and especially for those working in hospitals, it does NOT prepare you for what you're going to experience. It simply does not. I feel sorry for the people that quit because they feel overwhelmed when the root cause is Paladin itself. A few nice managers isn't helping you Paladin, as most of you are authoritative nimwits.

I work for them. If you are looking for a provider I would suggest you try a smaller company with more personalized and caring service. Talk to any guards who work for this company and problems will always be the same such as not getting paid properly and incompetent managers. There is a culture of pulling the wool over the eyes of customers and don't see, don't tell, and as long as the customer doesn't find out, then that's the main thing. Because if the truth got out, they could lose contracts. And those of us still here in the company are threatened or fired for speaking out and telling the truth or wanting to tell the truth to our clients.
