You guys have no clue what Customer service means. You all just keep forwarding emails to one another and pass the bulk to one another. Playing with emails is NOT customer Service. Just because you forwarded an email to someone else even less competent than yourself, it does not mean you are off the hook. Shame on your management for not teaching and training you all what your job entails. You all make absolutely no effort to follow through and making sure something is actually being done about an issue or a problem, heck for even shipping merchandise out so the company sales goes up. If I could give you a zero Star I would have. However, I had to give you a half in order for this review to work. Antonia and Heather this is for you specifically and your supervisor (If there is one). Not that there has been service from others that I have had contact with. Like I said "NONEXISTENT"

We purchased a sofa (Cresent Klik Klak) from a local retailer and noticed immediately that it seemed to be mis-assembled. The seat slopes downward toward the front and could not be adjusted. In the two month that we attempted to get a replacement that was useable for more than a few minutes at a time (gives one a neck ache) the cushions broke down completely and each Klik Klak we examined in t he store had the same mis-manufacturing problems.

Our contact with Primo in Quebec was limited by the language skills of the customer service rep - could neither speak English nor French well enough to suggest anything other than "bugger off" and take your complaints to the retailer.

Sofa is going back today. Don't Buy Primo.

I just bought a new davenport to replace the Barlow that fell apart after a few months. When we brought it home from Sears the bottom had fallen apart already. It was still in it's original box UNOPENED.My husband screwed and glued it. Why can you not do this in the factory and make the bottom stronger? I work hard for my money and I am disgusted by your poor product. I live 2 hours from town and did not want to take it back for something else. Please make better products. Canadian made, eh! BUY CANADIAN, eh! Heather

This is quite unfortunate.

Primo International is absolutely a horrible company and has perhaps the worst customer care and service possible. I have a futon which was purchased from them, one of the springs broke and it has taken them 5 months to get me a replacement. Now underneath my futon and the front of it is ripped and damaged because of this. Also Primo has been so Ignorant and have been a bunch of liars to me that they have shipped the part for the past 8 weeks they have said the part will arrive next friday at my location of pickup. it still has not arrived. I now have a fedex tracking and apparently it will arrive finally next friday on December 28.

I would suggest NOT to deal with PRIMO as their products are not of good quality and you are guaranteed to have issues with them.

absolutely good to read when something goes wrong and it is not handled in a good manor. That way it helps others to avoid having problems with that organisation. I can tell you however ScanDesign, I am not sure if you have them out east. However this past weekend I bought a kitchen table and a living room table from them and I have never had such great service in my life...

It is nice to read when something goes wrong with a company.
Only hearing the good does not help.
Thanks
