Very easy to set up, staff are welcoming and very detailed with how things work and set ups. Storage units are clean and very spacious. pricing is very reasonable

As someone that has used a lot of storage units, Forest City Storage has been the best location I have ever used. The customer service is amazing - they help me with the rental and return of my storage unit. Any questions or concerns that I had they were able to answer and assist me. Access to the unit after hours was very appreciated too! This is the best place for rentals and I will be coming back in the future!
This location is very organized, controlled security and large outdoor storage for boats, trailers, auto and RVs. Staff is polite and very customer orientated. For the price and flexible payment options, check out this location!!!
It's a very nice place. Very clean. Melissa is very knowledgeable and very patient with me and she takes the time to answer each and every question about it. She is very professional and very helpful on everything you want to know. I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs
We choose Forest City Storage (370 Exeter Rd.) for one very simple reason. We went in for moving boxes and the salesperson provided exceptional customer service. Helped me load all the boxes, answered all of my questions regarding storage and security. Although no units were available at the time (another good sign), the salesperson asked for my details and she put us on a wait list. When a large unit became available she said she would hold it for a day so I could come by and complete the paperwork. We highly recommended Forest City Storage for exceptionally cleanliness and customer service.
