Went to look at office chairs. First reaction: very poor selection of not-very-good-quality chairs, badly arranged so they were difficult to view. Most felt cheap, even though many were very expensive.
Second impression: teach your staff about customer service! Having a staff member lean over me, getting into my personal space without actually ASKING if we needed help, is not what I was looking for. Kept pushing and pulling levers, getting in my face, instead of leaving me to see if I actually liked the chair. Insult to injury: he reeked of cigarette smoke. And without even asking our price range, the chair he pulled out for me to try cost $1100. Try again. Massive fail.
Would not go back.
