As per their policies, they were supposed to have 4 students to an instructor on the classes we signed up for. However in actual, there are sometimes more students than that in their once a week 45 minutes session. This is unfair business practice, considering the price they charge per 45 minutes group session (CAD 40 per child). Furthermore they often move children from one coach to another within an ongoing training session. This means that the child loses continuity and gets distracted since it takes time to adjust to new coaches within a 45 minute session.
